1.  INFORMATION ABOUT COLLECTION AND USE

The application, in the name of the company, does not collect any personal data.

The application does not use third-party services that may collect information used to identify the users.

2. COOKIES

Cookies are small text files stored on devices with a small amount of data. These are sent to browsers from the websites and are stored on the devices’ internal memory.

This application does not use cookies explicitly.

3. LOCATION DATA

Smart Heat accesses location data in order to enable BluetoothLE scanning and pair with your CAOS radiator. Location data in background is necessary to sync via Bluetooth with your CAOS radiator also when the app is not in use.

Smart Heat does not access, read, store, or treat in any way your geographical location and/or personal data.

Smart Heat Bluetooth features will not work without providing location permission. You can grant permissions by clicking ASK AGAIN, manually in your device settings, or relaunching Smart Heat.

4. SERVICE PROVIDERS

CAOS does not employ third-party companies and/or individuals.

5. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

Users are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. CAOS will notify any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
